About AISYWLC
The All India Student, Young Professionals, Women in Engineering and Life Members Congress (AISYWLC) is the premier national flagship event of the IEEE India Council. It stands as a beacon of inspiration, bringing together emerging talent and seasoned leaders across the nation.
Founded in 2000, the AIS(YW)C has grown over the years to become the biggest event on the calendar for IEEE members in India. It is a conglomeration of inventors, professionals, entrepreneurs, visionaries and some of the greatest minds in the country. By bringing together amazing people from all walks of life, the AISYWC empowers its participants to be inspired, collaborate and innovate for tomorrow.
Continuing its vibrant tradition of holding the 'All India Student Congress' annually, 2015 marked a significant milestone in its journey. Remoulding AISC into the All India Student & Young Professionals Congress, the first-ever combined Congress for the two major segments of IEEE members, AISYC 2015 played host to a plethora of world-renowned researchers, visionary entrepreneurs, industry experts and, of course, outstanding IEEE volunteers.
Building on this success, AISYWC 2017 took place in IIIT Allahabad, expanding the event to include the Women in Engineering (WIE) Congress. AISYWC 2020 and AISYWLC 2022 elevated the platform further, integrating Life Members to foster intergenerational leadership.

The IEEE India Council (IEEE IC) is the apex coordinating body of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in India. It brings together IEEE members, Sections, Student Branches, Young Professionals, and Women in Engineering communities across the country, fostering collaboration, professional growth, technological innovation, and leadership.
